Piet
Postma ( 1949 ), the
skipper /owner of the Aeson , and his Slovenian partner Jelka are
experienced sailors and charterers . Via the Northsea , the Canary
Islands they crossed the Atlantic to the Caribbean ,
their home now since 1994 .
Jelka
is the chef onboard , her style of cooking combines the Slovenian
, Mediterranean and Caribbean cuisine . She cooks 5 days a week .
The other 2 days the guests get the chance to experience the local
cuisine .

With
their extensive knowledge of the Caribbean , Piet en Jelka know where to find
the nicest bays , the best beaches , the clearest water with greatest snorkel
spots .
Snorkel
equipment is on board .
You
will have plenty of opportunities to visit all the different islands with their
tropical rainforest and unique Caribbean culture .
